When will my order ship and arrive?

Orders will ship according to the following timelines:

• Ready-to-ship items: 1 week

• Made-to-order items: 2-3 weeks

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate your return, please fill out the contact form above. Items must be in perfect condition with original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Dweller by the Sea is not liable for packages lost in transit. Final sale items (noted in product descriptions) cannot be returned.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. To restore its shine, gently polish your piece with a soft polishing cloth. Local customers are welcome to contact me for complimentary cleaning. To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, and water.
