When will my order ship and arrive?

Most pieces are made to order and will ship within the following timelines:

• Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days

• Made-to-order items: 2-3 weeks

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your piece is on its way!

Do you offer local pick up?

Yes! If you’re local, I’m happy to arrange a convenient pickup time. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout and we’ll coordinate a time.

What is your return policy?

Products may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please fill out the contact form above. Returns must be in perfect condition with original packaging. Dweller by the Sea is not responsible for return shipping costs or packages lost with shipping carriers. Final sale items are noted in their product descriptions and cannot be returned.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. Gently polish your piece with a soft polishing cloth to restore its shine. If you’re local, feel free to contact me for complimentary cleaning. To keep your jewelry looking its best, put it on last and take it off first - avoiding contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, and water.
